MY DEGENERATION (1989), el primer largometraje de Jon Moritsugu, aparentemente trata sobre una banda de rock compuesta por chicas que toca música para la industria de la carne. Protagonizada por una joven Amy Davis, la película fluye como una presentación de semiótica hecha bajo los efectos del alcohol, a través de una cloaca granulosa de suciedad y ruido.

Se proyectó en Sundance, donde Roger Ebert tiró sus palomitas al suelo furioso y se fue después de solo 7 minutos.

Starring a teen-aged Amy Davis, the movie flows like a drunken semiotics presentation through a grainy sewer of filth and noise.

It played at Sundance, where Roger Ebert threw down his popcorn in a fit and walked out after just 7 minutes.
